Bean Sorting!

Today in Science we sorted beans!

We each received a small scoop of a dried bean mix and then, with the help of a word wall created yesterday in class, we worked to create a dichotomous key to classify the beans into groups. We had to ensure our questions were specific and the subgroups were clearly labeled.

Please ask me about my dichotomous key. What questions did I ask? What was the trickiest part of this task?

4. Lemonade and Bookmarks for Reading!

Every Tuesday for the month of February, lemonade and bookmarks will be sold in front of the office at lunchtime, with proceeds going to the Children's Hospital. Lemonade - $2, Bookmark - $1. Exact change is appreciated! :)
